Tea startup inspired by serenity, merging cultural heritage with sustainable business innovation.

My first venture began with a simple question — how can traditional Vietnamese tea be reimagined for a modern, sustainable market?
Working with a small village cooperative, I helped standardize the production process from harvest to packaging, ensuring both quality and environmental responsibility. We created recyclable, biodegradable tea bags and developed a marketing campaign that combined cultural storytelling with modern design. Selling over 200 gift sets during Tet not only taught me about logistics and branding, but also about the power of connecting heritage with innovation. It was my first lesson in turning a local tradition into a sustainable business model.

GREENEURS ENTERPRISE
I founded GREENEURS ENTERPRISE with the belief that sustainability begins with awareness. What started as a small economics club soon became a student-led hub for green entrepreneurship. I led a team of peers to organize workshops on topics like circular finance and green bonds, encouraging others to see how business can coexist with environmental responsibility. One of our projects involved developing reusable beeswax wraps with a local homestay in Yen Bai — a collaboration that taught me how entrepreneurship can empower rural communities while promoting conscious consumption. The most valuable lesson I took from this experience was that meaningful change often begins with small, consistent actions driven by shared values.

The most meaningful part wasn’t just the profit, but seeing how a simple idea could make people feel understood and inspired. Through this experience, I learned that entrepreneurship is an art of empathy — where success means creating something that connects people on a deeper level.
This project emerged from my love for art and sensory storytelling. I designed a line of personalized perfumes that blend creativity with technology, using scent as a way to express identity. Managing production, customer research, and financial planning taught me the essentials of running a growing business — from product development to community engagement.
